Welcome to our page. We want to tell you a little bit about what how we've gotten to this point and where we intend to go from here. The company formed in November 2014 as a single truck company with one customer to serve. We now have grown to three trucks and over eighty different customers to choose from. The company has grown significantly updating equipment along the way, making improvements to the creature comfort aspects of the truck, and beefing up the fleet for sustainability. We are seeking to work with other contractors and owner operators in order to expand our foot print. We would like to extend our services to YOU. We have a unique system in place to track income expenses and taxes due quarterly; we send weekly prompts advising what states to fuel for IFTA. Fleetone fuel cards are available and subject to terms and conditions. We factor through England Carrier Services and offer 90% advance ACH next day M-F. We are a member of OOIDA and extend our annual benefits to our contractors for a small upfront fee. Through OOIDA we are able to assist with occupational Hazard insurance, life insurance, and health insurance; we take it a step further and make sure all payments are hands free for you, auto debit from your settlements, and all statements go to you. We pride ourselves in accomplishments, being professional at all times, offering the best service we possibly can, and respecting the road and our road WARRIORS the work it each and everyday.
We work hard to keep our equipment road worthy; our CSA scores have faired very well in the constantly changing regulations. WE also perform maintenance and repair at our terminal location. With over 23 years of experience our ability to keep cost down have been effective. We focus on spotting issues before they develop and implementing a repair strategy to schedule and keep cost down. Working with a select amount of vendors we are able to get parts at the best tiers above cost; we extend those discounts to our contractors. Staying ahead of the maintenance is what has provided a 95% on time delivery and over the road availability these last three years. We are actively working towards relocating our maintenance operation to another facility, so that we can better offer those services to our contractors at a well discounted rate. We know how cost affect margins and it is our goal to share our techniques with others so that they can benefit the same way we have.
We primarily service the Mid-South, Mid-West, South, annd Southeast territories, and occassionally we'll fo to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England areas. Our focus is on freight type, weight, and distance. We try avoid a lot of trouble areas, such as Florida, Maine, Vermont, or New Hampsphire, unless the margins are there. We are authorized for all 48 states, and have customers with work in every region. We dont believe in pulling 34hr resets on the road, we will be home each weekend, rain, sleet, or snow unless there is a preference not to be. We target next day deliveries 300 to 550 total trip miles; with all the ELD regulation on the horizon shipments are either being shipped too early or straight thru, so in order to remain in compliance we work with our team of brokers to get the best lanes, freight, and pick-up and delivery options. We avoid big company accounts as much as possible; live loading/unloading can take up time, so we try to ensure that the vendors we service are not the type that inherently squat trucks on the fence lines. If there is a history of detention, we make sure that we get the best rate possible and the best detention start times possible. We pride ourselve in the ability to negotiate and know what the freight should be paying to haul using NMFC and rolling weekly averages nation wide. Since start we have improved our average cpm from $1.75 to between $1.80 and $2.00 on a 2400 to 2600 mile or $4200 and $5000 gross per work week.
So our mission is simple, bringing the independent owner operators together to strengthen the footprint that we have, to show the market why they need us and need to treat us with the respect we deserve. Overall to compete at higher levels for increased profitability we need to be able to provide a larger workforce, together with other independents we intend to do just that. from the ground we started in order to ensure that along the way we were in building annd growing reasonably in the industry.
